Description
This is a beautiful, historic building in the heart of Dawson City in the Yukon Territory. It is zoned for apartments, a hostel and a retail store. The main building has two units that rent for $1,300 a month (downstairs) and $1,200.00 (upstairs). There is a summer rental in the back ($1,800.00). The building is well-known because there is a Robert Service poem painted on one of the outside walls (see photos). The building was levelled this past spring. I purchased the building when I lived in Whitehorse, hoping to open a hostel, but soon accepted a position near Toronto and relocated. I am now anxious to sell it. I have a local property manager who can show it at any time.
